No kidding…..no water under there….that would be a park closer I would imagine. Ouch. We did want to push a few other people off though….people that thought they could pretend they were in line for the less popular ride and then cross over when they got to the top, like, “oops! i totally meant to get in that line over there.” Thankfully, from both a safety and rule enforcing perspective, the place was VERY well staffed with very on-top-of-it staff.
You mean like the people who sort of edge slowly over in line at CVS & pretend they don’t see the actual line? Although the people on this ride seem to be less subtle about it.
Oh yes! I get so edgy when there are so many people somewhere, like McDonald’s at lunchtime, and it’s not clear enough (in my opinion) where each line is. I get a little nutty. 😉
So jealous! I have been day dreaming about water slides since January when I went to the Evergreen Aviation Water Park. Not only was it the most amazing 6 hours of my life (only a *slight* exaggeration!) but the exercise was serious. We counted the stairs up — 100 plus — and we went up & down no less than 20 times. I was so sore the next day but it was SO MUCH FUN!
OMG. You’re amazing. The boys totally love the wave pool at Hersheypark. We were there last month for Scott’s work picnic, and the three of them spent hours in there. That was my cue for a lounge chair break….I get dizzy in wave pools! 😉
you have inspired me i have started workout too since saturday 🙂
Good for you! What have you been doing?
running and badminton .. for now :)..i dont get time after offic e:(
That’s all it takes — just get moving — that’s what matters! 🙂
Don’t try a high dive off that structure.

Isn’t it FUN? I’m 40, and don’t think I’ve ever laughed and screamed so much in one day. It was extra fun to see that boys have SO much fun! 🙂
My philosophy: you’re NEVER too old for water parks! I also recently spent 3 hours in a wave pool with my 5 nieces and nephews — that was a riot!
