Its a total mystery to me. I went Black Friday shopping this morning, and the first thing I bought, fifteen feet from the parking lot, was poster board. In fact, I bought poster board AND index cards. The boys have a literature project to do over break, and they need poster board and….. stay with me….. index cards. Check! I was headed to Macy’s and I went to the Dollar Everything store, first, instead. Then, I carried the poster board (“no, I don’t want to roll it up with a rubber band, thank you.”) ALL MORNING. I may as well have strapped a live monkey to my back while trying to shop. It felt like shopping with Flat Stanley.
When I picked up my sister for lunch, I asked her to take this picture. To her credit, she didn’t even ask why…..
